FREE Delivery to any Conroe or Montgomery Schools! Enter “school” in the coupon box at checkout. Email must be sent to advise of school merchandise is to be delivered.
Montgomery & Conroe customers can enter “local” in the coupon box at checkout. No shipping will be charged. Email must be sent to arrange merchandise pick-up.
Ordering Info
All “in stock” items ordered will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of an estimated shipping date. If you don't see your size please contact us and we will order it for you, if it is available!
Returns/Exchanges
Please notify us via email at simplychictoo@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of items. You will be given a return authorization (RA) number and return address. We must receive your return within 7 days of the date of the RA.
Returns acccepted only if the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and has not been used, worn, laundered or altered in any way. Used items will not be accepted for refunds or replacements.
Return item shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. No shipping charges will be refunded. Please insure and have delivery confirmation on all returning packages. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
